Beige Technologies is a Limited Liability Company, filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission on August 16, 2002. Prior to forming the L.L.C., in May 1999, Beige Technologies began as a sole proprietorship fully owned and operated by Beth Horwath.

For approximately 20 years prior to forming the sole proprietorship, Beth operated as an independent consultant/trainer in the electronic publishing and document management fields & held various technical positions in engineering, computer software/systems support, and advanced document technologies for companies such as Bell Laboratories, General Electric Co., Motorola Inc., the Boeing Company, and Stellent Inc. (formerly IntraNet Solutions Inc.).
